The quote and enquiry forms send your contact details and pest-control request to Solid Pest through Web3Forms so the team can respond to your request.

What you send

Your name, phone number, optional email and message are included; the quote form also sends your preferred contact method, property type, pests and suburb. Campaign parameters attached to your visit may also be included to help Solid Pest understand which advertising led to the enquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information in the message.

Your choices

You can call or WhatsApp Solid Pest instead of using the form. Sending a photo is optional. For questions about your enquiry or to request access, correction or deletion of your details, contact info@solidpest.co.za.

The call, WhatsApp and email buttons use the VeriLead contact widget. For visitors who arrive from an advertisement, the widget may first ask for your name, number or message before connecting you, and sends those details to Solid Pest so the enquiry can be followed up and attributed to the advertisement.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. These use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and advertising performance, for example whether an enquiry, call or WhatsApp click followed an ad. The names, phone numbers, emails and messages you type into the forms are not sent to these tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage personalised ads in your Google account’s ad settings.

The site also uses temporary browser session storage to carry campaign information between pages. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

An enquiry is a request for information; treatment, pricing and scheduling are confirmed directly with Solid Pest.
